Conference Design - Vital to the success of your company’s conference is the way in which the whole event is structured, the look and feel, and more importantly, the overall delegate experience!

What we mean by ‘Conference Design’ can range from the style of delivery of the key messages to the amount of time your delegates are sitting and listening to information without a break.

The average attention span of a delegate is 20 minutes! So, the less chalk and talk, and the more interactive and impactful the delivery, the more memorable it will be. You can use a variety of ways to deliver your message using video, PowerPoint, facilitation, Q & A sessions, panel discussions, voting pads; the list is endless. It can be something as simple as changing the
presenter, or playing a video to illustrate a discussion point.

Our in house event management team, have the experience to support you from initial concept design through to delivery. We will discuss what your key messages are, who your delegates will be and who will be delivering those messages. We can source the venue to ensure the correct facilities are chosen to deliver your event effectively. We will work with you on finalising the timetable, allowing for movement around the venue and sufficient refreshment breaks in between sessions.
